bug: Language selection not working when not logged in

Whether on /login/ or in /tests/, clicking on the EN button to switch the interface to English does not seem to have an effect anymore.

It works fine when logged in (whether in the chat interface or test interface), BUT it doesn't work when not logged in (whether in tests or in the login page).

From my smalls tests, it seems that it still have effect, but the issue come that less than 25% of the content of fr.json has been translated in English, and thus most of the text will use the French's fallback. (Even "login"/"register" buttons and texts aren't translated)

OK. Sorry, I thought the Login/Register buttons were translated, indeed. I'll translate this before further tests

I tested it again. It happens only when not logged in (updated the issue accordingly). But I do not detect a javascript console error logging...
