registration flow for tutors

As for now, tutors have to be added manually, it would be good to have a flow after registration:

• ideally, show and give informed consent (if possible, but not a big deal if not)
• if basic data (gender, etc. not set), show warning
• if availabilities OR scheduling link not set, show warning

The latest commit implement this feature (not yet deployed however). Tutors can register directly on /tutor/register and have a flow similar to students, but are automatically promoted as tutors. Some parts specifics to students have been removed, and some specifics to tutors added. The link is not show anywhere, so the only way to go to the page is to use it's direct URL.
