vocab tests: Gapfill: tooltip with image on top of gaps

Adding a preselected image in the form of a fixed tooltip (always showing, not on hover) on top of the gap(s), as a hint for the word to write.

Implementation proposal:

Data input:

• CSV: 3,I am h<app>y (content) to be <here> (ici).,-1,,,,,,,,
• 3/1.jpeg = image for first gap
• 3/2.jpeg = image for second gap

OR (but less consistent with other test types):

3,I am h<app>y (content) to be <here> (ici).,-1,happy.jpeg,here.jpeg,,,,,,

@bridubois : Could you confirm to me that the basic implementation of the gapfill (without any image/tooltip) is/should still be working? Is the format the same as the one in the example above? (id,I am h<app>y (content).,-1)

If yes:

• TODO: Document gapfill functionality and format for gaps (g<ap>) in scripts/surveys/README.md
