External resources and link

Hi! Since there is a lot of resources available on the Internet about Open Source (and it is impossible to talk about everything during the lectures), it might be a good idea to have a single file containing link or references to websites, pdf file, book, etc.

Thus we could have link to short article, blog post or whatever in the comment of the slides, and more detailed information here (for the curious students).

In addition to that the link might be sorted by categories (general Open Source, about license and all the legal aspect, about the community, etc), and we could add some short description if needed.
