How should the topics be defined? For now, I see 4 options, sorted by difficulty of implementation:

• Hardcoded in code
• Stored in DB, but defined only trough API (/docs can help)
• Stored in DB, with a page for the admins
• Stored in DB, with a possibility for a tutor a create new one when selecting one
