FYI: not able to start the session before the scheduled time

It seems logical, but we wanted to let you know that: We are not able to start the session before the scheduled time. Tyler was not able to type anything until I came online and sent the first message, I wanted to send my first message at 9:58 but I was not able to do it before exactly 10:00 (a message said something like “cette conversation est uniquement accessible en lecture”, preventing me from writing, and Tyler was shown offline in this conversation).

From what I understood from what @TylerDickinson said in #113 (closed), the session was scheduled from 11:00 to 12:00. Currently, sessions open one hour before their scheduled time and close one hour after. Maybe we could improve the chatbox message to precise those times?

Just replied to your comment in #113 (closed) – we just wanted to make sure it wouldn't cut off. I don't think it's necessary to explicate that the 'actual' session duration includes one hour before and after; that might just make things more confusing for the user. Maybe it could be in the documentation or in the user tutorial, but I wouldn't show it in the dashboard.
