Timing of (satisfaction) survey pop-up
I'm not sure if this is intended, but while I was reporting here in Gitlab, the 'questionnaire de satisfaction' popped up in the LL window at 11:30 exactly. @VictoriaDemierbe and I had finished our chat at 11:07, and I still had the conversation open as a reference while reporting. The scheduled session (in cal.com and as shown in the dashboard) is from 11:00-12:00.
- Most students wouldn't be hanging around in the chat for 20 minutes after the session ends, so having the survey pop up at this point doesn't make sense.
- If it popped up at 11:30 because our session was scheduled 11:00-12:00, then it would be quite disruptive to have the survey interrupt the session.
Perhaps it's an idea to have an 'end conversation' button which the student and/or tutor clicks at the end of the session. At that point, the survey could pop up for the student's response.
