Tutor + student trying to edit/comment on a same text at the same time

@TylerDickinson sent a message, and then wanted to edit it to clarify that it was responding to a specific question. He clicked edit and then typed in what he wanted to add. Before he could click save, though, his changes all disappeared. He couldn't click save or cancel; he had to refresh the page. But then when he did, he saw that I had added a comment. So we think that I must have added my comment while he was trying to edit, which created a bug.

We tried again to comment/edit at the same time on the same text and Tyler was able to click 'save' to close out of the edit mode. (Before, clicking cancel didn't work.) But the edit he made to the message was again deleted when I made the comment.

I haven't been able to reproduce it on the last version. It may be related to the same underlying issue than #102 (closed) #126 (closed) that should be fixed by 153d4394. Do you still have the issue on the last version? Feel free to reopen if so.
