Tests: changing language during test resets test to start

If someone is responding to a survey/test and suddenly decides to change the language, the interface resets the survey to the beginning, which is particularly inconvenient (especially considering longer questions which might require a language change—such as "What is your first language?"—arrive at the end).

Is there a way to solve that without changing everything? Just looking for an easy fix. If it is not possible, it's OK.
