Consolidate Tutor and User Registration

Currently, tutors and users follow different registration processes in LanguageLab. The goal is to unify the registration flow for both tutors and users to make it more user-friendly.

Thank you @DavePikopPokam for all your work on this.

The new registration is now available on dev (so also on dev.languagelab.be). I've open a few issues (#173 #174 #175 #176 #177 (closed) #178 (closed)) with the (mainly smalls) "bugs" I encounter while testing the registration flow. @LucieBocken If you see other things, don't hesitate to open new issues. I would however advise to wait a bit before trying too hard on dev.languagelab.be as I will try to merge #166 as well for the new study flow, so dev.languagelab.be could become unavailable during the merge.

I also finally chosen to copy the production DB into the dev DB in order to have better control hover the DB upgrade, and I will probably continue to do so for major updates. So you should be able to use your "normal" credentials to login.

Thank you for your work. The registration is now possible (as long as the username is in one word)

One bug remains:

• when you click on "continuer vers les tests", the next page is "disponibilités" and we do not access to the tests.
