bug: tests: /test (not /tests) + permission error

After #78 (closed), there are 2 bugs:

• URLs https://languagelab.sipr.ucl.ac.be/tests/1 request being logged in -> should be accessible as a guest (with email field, as currently)
• images and sounds still point to /surveys/items/1/1.jpeg => Error 404

+ an error:

• /test/id would be better than /tests/id, currently in use (singular, not plural)

The error should be fixed now. I also had to remove some items/groups/surveys that refereed to items/groups that didn't exist anymore. While running scripts/surveys/survey_maker.py, it should warn about those.

I personally don't especially agree with the last point, the standard and common usage differentiate fetching one or many items not with singular and plurals (and mix them could lead to errors), but with the URL itself: /tests -> fetch many, /tests/1 fetch one. This SO answer gives a bit more examples.

Thanks @bridubois OK. Don't worry for now for /test vs /tests It's just that I believe we will already retrieve/show one test at a time to any user. But not a big deal ;-)
