Resolve "tests standalone process: code/id > informed consent > groups > surveygroup"

Closes #133 (closed).

There is just "Other languages" question not added for screen X.

Thank you, I just tested and it works like a charm. I would just note that (from my understanding)

• it requires to add an empty group 1100 to groups.csv, and the group 1100 at the end of the survey. We should probably add them already in the production server.
• Questions are not responsive for smaller screen, but I don't know how important it is.

Anyway, I'm already merging this. Thank you again!
